This dark brown brick Federation-style bungalow now houses the Ravir Boutique - a clothing store.
From the NSW Heritage site:
"Single storey building that is very representative of the Federation Arts and Crafts Style. The building is picturesquely massed and organised around its prominent corner site. The southern (Govetts Leap Road) facade is asymmmetrical in design and consists of two sections, one of which contains an entrance porch at the street corner which has a wide flight of steps leading up from the footpath. The porch has a high opening with a shallow arched head and a flat parapet, while the adjacent section is taller, with a triangular pediment and three tall double hung windows. Materials include bricks and roughcast cement render around openings and within parapets.
"The eastern (Wentworth Street) side of the building is constructed of brickwork, and is largely set back from the street. A gabled section echoes the southern facade, containing three tall double hung windows surrounded by rough cast cement render. However, the roof extends beyond the wall plane and contains a battened gable screen. The rest of the roof over the building is hipped, and all of the roofs are covered with terra cotta tiles. Simple roughcast chimneys rise above the roof. The verandah on the eastern side of the building has been enclosed by means of simple timber framed window sashes above a board lined skirt; the window at the northern end of this part of the building has also been replaced by a simple sash."
