Am Eingang bzw. Ausgang ist ein kleiner Souvenir-Laden. An den Becken sind Schilder, mit den Namen der Fischarten in mehreren Sprachen inklusive Deutsch. Das Aquarium ist vor einigen Jahren renoviert worden und sieht modern aus. Vor allem die Beleuchtung hat uns gut gefallen.
Der Eintritt kostet 5 Euro für Erwachsene. Kinder zwischen 2 und 15 Jahre zahlen einen Eintrittspreis von 3 Euro, Kleinkinder unter 2 Jahre dürfen die Tiere umsonst anschauen. Wir meinen, dass der Eintritt nicht gerade günstig ist, zumal das Aquarium relativ klein ist. Zumindest gibt es ein Familien-Ticket für 10 Euro für 2 Erwachsene mit einem Kind. Für jedes weitere Kind bezahlt man mit der Familien-Karte einen Euro zusätzlich.
Der kleine Meeres-Zoo hat lange Öfffnungszeiten. In der Hauptsaison (Mitte Juni bis Ende August) ist das Aquarium täglich von 8 Uhr bis 20 Uhr geöffnet. In der Nebensaison von 9 bis 19 Uhr, im Winter 9 bis 17 Uhr. Einen Ruhetag gibt es nur im Winter. Von November bis April ist montags zu."
