These seven waymarks can be found within the three main thoroughfares of North Street, Market Street and South Street in the centre of the ancient Fife coastal town of St.Andrews, based around the Whyte-Melville Fountain which is centrally situated on Market Street. The others are:

Subway Restaurant next to the fountain
Hamish McHamish, the memorial to the cat which wandered the town centre streets
Holy Trinity Church, the large church on South Street
St.Andrews University, the ancient university on North Street
Blackfriars Chapel, the remnant of a priory that stood on South Street
Oriental Cafe ghost sign, a faded advertisement on a gable wall on City Road to the west.
