It's called "Hibachi & Sushi" for a good reason, as you have an excellent selection whether you go for sushi or you go for the grill. As is common with many like restaurants, one can have table service, or be seated at the teppanyaki grill, what most people erroneously call "hibachi" and the restaurants just go with it. The performance is typical of what you expect, with the usual onion volcano and choo-choo train thing, but if you like sake, let's just say that the chef will top off your glass if you like, but in a creative way. They're also pretty good at flipping zucchini into your mouth, so bring your best sea lion impression.
From the sushi bar, they have entrees with 7-10 pieces of the roll of your choice, accompanied by soup and salad. They also have more than a few dozen of the standard rolls, and then three dozen of special rolls. You also can get small plates with sushi or sashimi, good choices if you'd like a little something before your food is grilled, but don't want a huge roll.
They also have a nice appetizer menu and a selection of salads, as well as Bento boxes, noodle and rice dishes, tempura, teriyaki, and chicken or pork katsu. From the grill, they have a tremendous selection: Chicken, shrimp, scallops, steak, filet mignon, salmon, vegetables-only, and lobster are your choices, and there are combinations and dinners for two as well. They also have a smaller hibachi menu for the kids, and a lunch menu that includes sushi, grill, and bento boxes.
Besides soft drinks, they have a small bar, and a few choices of beer and wine if mixed drinks aren't your thing. They do offer sake, but it's either "hot" or "cold", with no premium offerings. If you plan to have room for dessert after all that, they've got ice cream and cheesecake.
Their website is here, for those who'd like a closer look.
