While the 1952 Baptist Church had an extension made to it in 1984, there was further need to have non-worship related space. While the Church auditorium runs 'south to north', this later extension is connected at the northern end of the verandah of the Church, and extends out to the east. It is of similar red brick, maintaining the single-storey level, with a corrugated iron hip roof. The lacquered bronze plaque is crewed on to a wood board, and fixed to the brickwork, and faces out to the grassy courtyard. It reads:
