Location of park: Main st, 123 Main & 116 Main, across the street from each other, Blackwater

A couple of building could not be restored in the 1990s when this town pulled itself by it's bootstrips. They were razed and a plaza, or park replaced them.

On the even number (west) side it the name Chouteau Corners and the fountain, mural, bird house, wrought iron table and chairs. The Location of this WM is on the west side.
On the odd side (east) is a dedicate bench, sun dial, wrought iron tables, and magnificent wrought iron fence....
