FR Au centre de la place Carnot, on peut voir cette fontaine octogonale. Son bac est à 1 mètre de hauteur. Au centre, un pilier sculpté, entouré de cygnes, surmonte un second bac au centre duquel, un second pilier supporte un troisième bac au centre duquel une colonne laisse échapper l'eau.
L'eau descend dans le troisième bac dont le trop plein alimente le second. De l'eau est évacuée par les becs des cygnes dans le bac inférieur.
EN In the center of Place Carnot, you can see this octagonal fountain. Its tray is 1 meter high. In the center, a carved pillar, surrounded by swans, surmounts a second tank in the center of which, a second pillar supports a third tank in the center of which a column lets water escape.
The water goes down into the third tank, the overflow of which feeds the second. Water is discharged through the swans' beaks in the lower tank.
