[Fr]Le pont Gustave-Flaubert est un pont levant routier sur la Seine à Rouen dans la partie ouest de la ville, en aval du premier pont qui marque la limite de la partie du fleuve accessible aux navires de mer. Il a été mis en service le 25 septembre 2008, après quatre années de travaux.
[EN]The Gustave-Flaubert bridge is a road lifting bridge over the Seine at Rouen in the western part of the city, downstream of the first bridge (Guillaume-le-Conquérant bridge) which marks the limit of the part of the river accessible to seagoing ships . It was put into service on September 25, 2008, after four years of work.

1) After you've found a vertical lift bridge, go visit it, get the coordinates, a picture or two of it, and if it is in use or not still as a lift bridge.
Then log it and post your pictures! At least one of the photos must be of you and your GPS there with the bridge in the background. (No old vacation shots or photos off the internet!)
