Black Sage Butcher is the only independent butcher shop in the Oliver-Osoyoos area. Black Sage Butcher offers quality fresh meats, exceptional customer service, custom cuts, and house-made sausages.

Prior to the COVID-19 outbreak Mark Glass, owner offered classes for basic meat cutting and sausage making, it is undetermined, at this time, if these classes will continue.
