This cross is located in the yard outside of Saint Andrew Church on the corner of West Seventh and Raspberry Streets in Erie, Pennsylvania. While the date when the cross was erected is not indicated at the site, the church itself was built in 1915. The parish was founded in 1871 and the original church building was destroyed by fire in 1896. A new building was begun, but never finished. The present church was constructed in 1915. Its red sandstone exterior, along with its two prominent towers make the church a prominent landmark on the west side of the city of Erie.
