Red Slough Alligator - Oklahoma Aquarium, Jenks, OK - Figurative Public Sculpture on Waymarking.com

The Red Slough Alligator is on the north side of the entrance of the Oklahoma Aquarium, on a plaza of engraved bricks known as "Alligator Alley." Sculpted by artist Scott Shaffer, the life-sized bronze 'gator was placed in 2007. The sculpture is accessible to children and you will often see parents photographing their offspring astride the sculpture.
