George Harrison was staying in a house on Blue Jay Way in the Hollywood Hills above Sunset Boulevard. Derek Taylor was going to meet him at the house but may have gotten lost navigating the winding streets on a foggy night. To pass the time George wrote this song, which was recorded in September 1967 and was released on the Magical Mystery Tour album.
