Am Fähranleger in Niederdollendorf steht ein aufwändig gestalteter Schiffermast. Der Traditionsmast der Schiffergilde "Sankt Nikolaus" ist ein ehemaliger Schiffsmast mit Rahe und Gaffel, an dem regelmäßig diverse nautische Flaggen gehisst werden.

Zu dem Denkmal gehört auch eine ausgediente Schiffsschraube: Die etwa 1 Meter große Schraube wurde senkrecht an einen Pfeiler montiert, der auf dem Podest des Schiffermasts fest verankert ist. Zu ihrem früheren Einsatzzweck konnte ich leider keine Informationen finden.
At the ferry pier in Niederdollendorf there is an elaborately designed nautical flag pole. The traditional pole of the boatmen's guild "Sankt Nikolaus" is a former mast with rake and gaff, on which various nautical flags are regularly hoisted.

The monument also includes a disused ship screw: The approximately 1 meter screw was mounted vertically on a pillar that is firmly anchored on the pedestal of the boat mast. Unfortunately I could not find any information about its previous purpose.
