It was built at the beginning of 18 century and burned down at the end of 19 century during an uprising. For over a century the structure of the Molino Quemado (Burned Mill) gave its name to the area, which is now known as “Molino de Viento”. In 1999 was recovered. In the second you can see the machinery used to mill the grain.
There is opened to the public, free entrance from monday to sunday 8:00 - 17:00 h. When leaving there is a box in which you can contribute some coin for the maintenance of the mill, if you wish.
