It's a grass field marked with a yellow H, made of painted concrete tiles. In each of the four corners defining the landing site there is also a yellow concrete tile.
The helipad is preferably reserved for rescue helicopters.

Strynø is one of the 55 islands in the South Funen archipelago. The island has 216 inhabitants. A small ferry sails to the island, but in emergencies a rescue helicopter is used.
