Bislang stand sie direkt neben dem Berghotel auf der Felsspitze und blickte etwa in Richtung Südwesten. Jetzt steht die mehrere Tonnen schwere Loreley-Statue aus Sandstein von Mariano Pinton im Biergarten unterhalb der Freilichtbühne und blickt zur Abwechslung mal eher in Richtung Nordwesten.
Der endgültige Standort im Bereiche des Biergartens wird noch festgelegt. Das Berghotel wird in den kommenden Wochen für die Umgestaltung der Felsspitze des Loreley-Plateaus in einen Kultur- und Landschaftspark abgerissen. Die bisherigen Besitzer haben sie dem Bühnenpächter und Biergartenbetreiber Ulrich Lautenschläger geschenkt.

So far, it has stood directly next to the mountain hotel on the top of the rock and looked approximately to the southwest. Now the several tons heavy sandstone Loreley statue by Mariano Pinton stands in the beer garden below the open-air stage and, for a change, looks more towards the northwest.
The final location in the area of the beer garden is still to be determined. The mountain hotel will be demolished in the coming weeks to transform the top of the Loreley plateau into a cultural and landscape park. The previous owners gave it to the stage tenant and beer garden operator Ulrich Lautenschläger.
