Twila Goodwin is a local Madill artist who has created several whimsical metal sculptures made from a variety of plumbing and car part pieces. This sculpture stands on the grass area at the entrance to the community center and historical museum. It is located on the west side of Highway 70 (N. 1st Street), north of Overton Street.

The cowboy is standing on a U-shaped pipe for legs. His body and arms are pipes. He is wearing a cowboy hat, and twirling a copper tubing lariat. We had to laugh when we noticed his long mustache was a portion of a horseshoe.
