A 15' granite obelisk marks the final resting place of E.A. Buckholts in Oakland Cemetery, Oakland, OK.

The obelisk is of gray granite, standing 15' high. The shaft is of a lighter shade of gray than the rest, and the family name, "Buckholts", is on the plinth. The family initial, "B", is on the front just below the shaft, complemented by calla lilies. Those same calla lilies can be found in the same position on the remaining three sides. There is a box pattern to be found down low, while the shaft notes that Mr. Buckholts was fairly active with three fraternal organizations. Between the compass and square of the Freemasons and the Woodmen of the World emblem are the three links of the Odd Fellows, Friendship, Love, and Truth. The inscription is:
