Kitchen's Opera House is one of the oldest buildings in the city.

Constructed in 1895, Kitchen's is a two story brick building, since covered with stucco. The first floor was a bar and restaurant. An external door opened on to the stairwell leading up to the Opera House. While the second floor furnishings are reportedly intact, the first floor now houses a portion of Zimmerman's Western Clothing and a tea house.
