The fountain on the west end of Cockerton Green
It is a grade II listed building. It has been listed since 6th of September 1977.

Circa 1900 it is a 2 tier fountain of polished shaps granite. With shallow bowls on a central
stem, set in a former ornamental pool of intersected quatrefoil shape, now filled
with soil and planted.

The fountain was originally situated at Stanwick Hall ,then the home of the Duke of Northumberland, and was presented to what was then the village of Cockerton on August 1st 1924.

It was installed where the village pump once stood
