The intersection of the Paseo with Cardeal Quiroga Street could well be one of the most architectural corners of the city. The building of the old Hotel Miño stands out, with its striking and colorful viewpoint (1909), and right in front of the Roman building (Mercader, 1892), today a bank office. In the opposite corner two later constructions but of great interest: the house of the architect Manuel Conde Fidalgo (1931) and the first rationalist building of Ourense (Mariano Sanz - A. Alex Reinlein, 1935).
