Vinha Velha is an unique place: it's a hamlet, a community formed by Germans (some people would say the founders were hippies) a few decades ago. It's still inhabited by the original residents and their descendents.

It's in this place that we can observe this old thresher, placed for decorative purposes. The device was pulled by a donkey or cow and it features a sit for the farmer. It's fully made of wood but the threshing "teeth"..
