It looks like a mythical animal drinking water from the ocean. Some say it looks like a rhino. It's true that is same angles its resemblance with a rhino is incredible. Here is a great gallery:

The rock was formed by oceanic erosion. There is a observation platform and it's possible to walk down to the nearby beach for a closer watch.
