This large EMSA (Emergency Medical Services Authority) station is on S. Walker Avenue, just north of SW 23rd Street. The busy station has a bay on the east side. I saw two EMSA ambulances and a police car leave (but with no lights or sirens) while I was photographing the building. It's hard to see in the photograph as it is so faded but the large sign does say "EMSA."
EMSA is Oklahoma’s largest provider of pre-hospital emergency medical care. Established in 1977, EMSA has provided ambulance service to Oklahoma residents for over 40 years.
