Between North Riverside Park and Central Riverside Park, on the north side of the Little Arkansas River, is an intersection of four street names:
North Oak Park Dr., N. Bitting Ave., W 9th St. North, and Nims Street. An event center (Park Villa North) is at the northwest quadrant, and a green space and residential area on the northeast side. Traffic from the east and west have stop signs. Vehicles traveling north and south have the right-of-way.
