The welcome center is located about 2 miles from the Delaware/Maryland border and is accessible from both the northbound and southbound lanes of I-95. It offers a food court, multiple gas stations, charging stations, and ample parking and geocaches. I visited this location in February of 2020, prior to the pandemic.
