The sculpture was installed in 2021 and was sculpted by Ronnie Frostad. It is situated on the south side of the community center inside a converted fountain. The concrete base was the original fountain, while the granite pedestal sits on top of it. The flowers around the pedestal was the original catch-basing for the fountain.
