The bridge is currently owned by the Janelia Research Campus as well as Selden Island, which it connects to. All islands along the Potomac river are considered Maryland, therefore this bridge is considered a border crossing point. Since it is private property, you would have to be an employee or student on the campus to access it. There isn't any solid data on the specifics of the bridge, at some point hopefully Bridgehunter will update their data. I did get a rough estimate of 58 meters for the full length.
