This simple war memorial in the form of a Maltese Cross on a plinth is in the grounds of All Saints Church in the centre of the small village of Saxton. The church forms the main focus of the village and although in the church grounds the memorial is visible from Main Street.

The memorial is in the form of a plain Maltese style cross on a hexagonal plinth and square single step and is located in the church yard of All Saints Church, Saxton.

It has the following inscriptions on the memorial.
