English: Røsnæs peninsula. In the small scale model of the peninsula, you can see various points of interest on the historic hiking trail that stretches around the peninsula. Røsnæs has been central to the control of the Great Belt for 1000 years.

During World War II, the German occupying forces established radar and observation posts out here. And during the Cold War, the Danish Navy observed Soviet naval activity in the Great Belt from here.
