The 40 West Drive-In operated from 1967 until 1981 on the west side of Weatherford, Oklahoma.

The 40 West Drive-In was built for and operated by Woodie & Mattie Sylvester from 1967 until 1981. They sold their theatres to Danny Wolfenbarger. Later he twinned the drive-in and altered the name to 66 West Twin Drive-In. After some period of time of closure, it was re-opened under a new owner in 1999 and remained open as a twin screen showing first run attractions until 2011. The site is now the Showest 4 Cinema (where the west screen was) and a trucking company (formerly the east screen).

This information is from the web site linked below, and from study of historical satellite photos that go back far enough to tell where the two screens and viewing lots once were.
