This is a display of the Ten Commandments from Exodus 20. It is etched on two large granite slabs with rounded tops. The sculpture stands in a garden area on the northwest corner of Rush Avenue and W. Blakely Avenue in downtown Rush Springs.
The engraving reads:
Thou shalt have no other god before me
Thou shalt not make thee any graven image.
Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain
Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy
Honor thy father and thy mother
Thou shalt not commit adultery
Thou shalt not steal
Thou shalt not bear false witness
Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's house, wife, or possessions
