Tijdens een wandeltocht door het centrum van Wijk bij Duurstede viel me deze boom op. Het is een paardenkastanje en hij leek erg groot en oud. De boom dook op internet op in een artikel van het Algemeen Dagblad uit 2019:

"De laatste kastanjeboom op de Markt in Wijk bij Duurstede overleeft ondanks zijn kwakkelende gezondheid de ingrijpende vernieuwing van de Markt in Wijk bij Duurstede.
