We viewed the ISS pass from a parking lot near the top of a hill but unfortunately had some light pollution from nearby businesses and didn't view it until 22:04:20. Worse, a nearby skunk kept us looking around while we viewed the pass as best we could. The ISS rose in the southwest just south of the moon, traveled SE then NE. The max time for the view of our pass was at 22:05:23, 67º, mag -3.9. We watched the ISS until 22:08:16, giving us a view time of almost four minutes in mostly clear skies.
Jonathanatpsu's location in Pennsylvania had thunderstorms and could not view the ISS. The expected max time for his location was 23:09:19, 63º, mag -3.3.
The ISS traveled 1,151 miles between our two locations (3 minutes, 56 seconds) X 293m/min.
