Long Description:
This landlocked lighthouse beside a Publix Supermarket is a beacon for customers at Colony Plaza Shopping Center in The Villages, Florida. It is modeled in the old Key West style and stands over 50 feet tall.(1) The closest bodies of water are small ponds at a nearby golf course, it was built to be purely decorative for the retail shops.
