This very small lake known as Bert Lake is part of the Sky Lakes Wilderness within the Winema National Forest. There is a trailhead along Forest Road 3659 which heads west from the well-graveled Forest Road 3651, which heads north off Highway 140. The Lost Creek Way Trail starts at this trailhead heading west for 1.5 miles until connecting to the Blue Canyon/Red Lake Trails. You need to head west off the trail about about a mile along the Lost Creek Way Trail and hike another .2 miles to the lake. It's a small, but very scenic lake all the same.
