This 26' tall steel and glass sculpture is on the southeast side of the Oklahoma City Municipal Building in downtown OKC. The color at ground level is red (for Oklahoma's well known red shale and clay) and merges into blue and reflective glass to represent the sky. You can read more about this sculpture here and here.
