The city of Chandler is located on Highway 18 about 45 miles east of Oklahoma City. The fire department is located near the north side of town at 220 S. Cleveland Avenue (Old Route 66).

Station 1 is the main station, with an additional substation at the Chandler airport. This station houses the fire and the emergency services. This is a one and two-story metal building. The two-story section contains housing for the full time firefighters. The one-story section has eight vehicle bays. The department has nine full-time and 22 volunteer firefighters and serves a 200 square mile area of town and rural property. The department has 3 Engines, 3 Ambulances, 1 Ladder Truck, 4 Brush Pumpers, 2 Tankers and a new rescue truck.
