These watershed information boards are located next to the parking area of Headwaters Park on Wager Road in Erie, Pennsylvania. The first sign, titled "Pennsylvania Lake Erie Sub-Watersheds," includes a map showing the various watersheds in Pennsylvania that drain into Lake Erie, along with "Watershed Facts." The second Sign is for the "Mill Creek Watershed" and also includes a map of this specific watershed, with facts about Mill Creek. One of these facts is that Headwaters Park is named such because it is at the headwaters of Mill Creek.
