Piedmont Town Hall and Fire Station #1 are in a building named the George Fina Municipal Building. George Fina was with the OKC Fire Department for 22 years, was a famous drag racer, and served on the Piedmont City Council for 21 years, and also served as its Mayor. When he retired, this building was named in honor of him.

The fire station is housed in the east end of this one-story brick veneer building with a metal roof. The entrance is on the south side of the building facing the parking lot. There are three vehicle bays facing north and three facing south in this long rectangular building.

Piedmont is located approximately 20 miles northwest of downtown Oklahoma City and has a population of about 7750. The two Piedmont fire stations serve an area of about 46 square miles of incorporated town and another 20 miles of surrounding area. There are 7 paid and 12 volunteer firefighter. The combined two fire stations have a total of 4 ambulances, 3 brush trucks, two tankers and three engines.
