This 15 foot tall pyramid is found at the intersection of Lake Avenue and Shand Avenue.

This pyramid was built in 1943 by the American Legion post 634 to honor veterans of World War II. Sandstone from Brush Mountain was used.

In 1981, the memorial was restored by the Lakemont Lions Club, who continue to maintain it.

It is a true pyramid, with four sides reaching up to a point.
