In den Mauern der Kirche fanden über die Jahre hinweg eine Reihe von Krönungen und Parlamentssitzungen statt.
Bei ihrer wundervollen Architektur fallen besonders die gotischen Bogen und der hohe Turmhelm auf. Im Inneren sind historische Fresken und Skulpturen zu bewundern. Betrachten Sie auch die Lanzettfenstern und die Kapistrankanzel, ein Meisterwerk der Bildhauerkunst aus rotem Marmor, das sich im Zentrum des Südschiffs befindet."

What's the Real Story?:
The family Gaissel must have made their fortune some other (maybe illegal) way and made this story about their fortune to cover it up.
