At various places on the bridge, both on the left and the right side, Love Padlocks are hidden. You have to look for them a bit because on the bridge rail itself I only came across 2.

"The Skagerrak Bridge is a bridge over the Moselle River in Cochem. The road bridge was built in 1925-1926 and inaugurated on January 23, 1927 by Johannes Fuchs, the Chief President of the Rhine Province. Named after the Skagerrak Battle of 1916, the bridge connects the Cond district with Cochem and has a length of 330 meters."
