National Harbor Waterfront District along the American Way park esplanade in Fort Washington, Maryland. The lifelike bronze installed about 100 feet southeast from the intersection with Waterfront Street portrays a smiling Prime Minister standing and tipping his cap -- offering an up close photo-op for passers-by. A cast bronze plaque at the statue's feet reads:
