The Keremeos Legion meets here near the corner of Veterans Avenue and Fifth Street. That is, when they've not been forced to close due to floods, fires or pandemics.

Keremeos Situated right beside the local Elks Lodge, the Legion meets in a concrete block building just east of Fifth Street, the Elks Lodge being on the corner. Well signed for easy identification, they even have a sign on the front apprising us that, A, the place is air conditioned and that, B, they have WiFi available within. Both the Legion and the Elks hall are available to rent for various occasions.

When COVID hit southern BC, all service establishments, Royal Canadian Legions included, were forced to close in 2019, but, by early summer of 2020 these establishments were allowed to reopen, but with a loooong list of restrictions, as outlined in the news article below. However, by November of 2020, with a resurgence of the pandemic they were forced closed once again.
