Pawnee, OK is the county seat of Pawnee. Highland Cemetery is on the north side of Pawnee, on the east side of Highway 18.

The approximately 10' tall monument is tucked away amongst trees and individual headstones near the center of the cemetery. It is on a 4' square concrete base. The front face text is easy to see, but some of the text on the other sides is worn down and not so easy to read.
