In Rovinj, on the shore of the Mediterranean, there is a revolving frame, with a beautiful view to the old town of Rovinj and/or the church of St. Euphemia. But as I said, the frame is mounted on a rotating rod, so it can also be directed to a nearby island or a boat at sunset, or even a house on the opposite side, etc.
The frame is all red and massive. The revolving mechanism could use some oil, as we had to listen to its squeak as a child played with it. The frame also says "free wifi", but we haven't tested that.
