The two boat launch lanes are at the foot of Herchimer Avenue. However, for months Herchimer has been closed due to construction. Use the Keegan Parkway for access. The boat launch is just east of the Quinte Rowing Club.
The ciy of Belleville maintains the public boat launch. In 2021, the daily fee is $6 (payable at machine on site) and the seasonal fee is $57.
