Originally called Riverfront Park, then got fenced in for a dog park. Official name still Riverfront, but everyone calls it Water Street Park.

Location of park: Water St., east of bridge, Boonville
Hours: daylight to dark

The park is in full view of the Missouri River, although no access to the river is available from the park.

The original park sign still stands and reminds everyone "NO ACHOLOCAL ALLOWED".

On my visit a Red Tail Hawk was resting on one of the interior signs, and flew away as I slowly approached...see photo galley.

Level of Enclosure: Completely Enclosed

Description of Enclosure:
Once a city par, about a half acre, with pavilion and a concrete sidewalk running through the middle (long ways) through the park. Entire park fenced.
