Photos are from 4 December 2021. Looks to be dated to 1938 and appears to be made out of slate. There's a hole at the top where the rope, which would be attached to the mane of the horse, could be tied to. Stands at roughly 5 feet tall and has a small inscription: Roy Cantler 1938
